One thing that is promising is the fact that CEO is not resting on his laurels as far as optimizing and increasing plant productivity.

I like the company's modus operandi.

Sp at 31/12--c3/3.5 and moving upwards.

Another Zulu plant at Li3 ??--certainly no shortage of funds.

Keen to exploit other assets which please me and very pleased about strengthening the BOD.

It was a very comprehensive overview of the works at Zulu however I did find it was covering the same ground as in previous interviews.

I understand that CEO cannot cross the line regarding sensitive information.

A few interesting points, terms of payment, and method of shipment.

The plan:
For the SP to make steady progress until Q3 and Q4 when material gains will be achieved.
For the CEO to authorize at an early date:
An expansion programme at Zulu mine.
A drilling programme within the EPO region.
To negotiate with 3rd parties to direct investment into Prem/Zulu and encourage investment into expansion.
To max. the efficiency of the Zulu plant and ensure plant reliability along with high-quality output.
To ensure that the company's indebtedness is settled as soon as possible.
That the company increases its viability studies at other assets.
That Premier strengthens the Board of Directors to oversee the expansion, and acquisition policy.

That's the plan.

IMO over the coming weekend, the CEO will announce that the preliminary work, testings, and hunting for gremlins have been completed on the plant, and as a consequence, the Zulu plant is now ready for commercial production.
He will confirm that Premier is looking to make the first shipment in late May and will anticipate tonnage.
He may broach the matter of finance and could also expand on any offers.
From 9 May, there will be more appetite for Prem shares.
Let's see how it goes.
