Have just extended the "awkward period" by a couple of months.

For the LTH today's RNS is not unexpected.

Concerned that the company may accept an offer for Zulu below our expectations.

At least we now know, all I ever ask for, keep the shareholders informed.

Drop in SP is laughable.

Must admit the drop in SP is a bit of a shocker, didn't expect such a mauling.

Luckily, Prem shares can motor when the green light shows, traders love this share.

A lot of questions still remain unanswered.

I am sure all will be well,never easy holding Prem shares.

Jenkoo--I find all this very frustrating.

The CEO was very confident that Zulu would be producing back in March, however here we are rapidly approaching June and will still haven't sold even a wheelbarrow of spodumene.

We should be kicking out 4000 tonnes this month yet people are now saying 1/2000 tonnes.

The company has, IMO, had ample time to fix the gremlins and get the plant kicking out some serious pay.

Should there be output below 4000 tonnes then I can only see it as a company failure and add it to the list.

It is all a little farcical at the moment.

Good news from China:

According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, China’s automobile production and sales were 2.13 million units and 2.16 million units respectively in April, down 17.5% and 11.9% month-on-month, but up 76.8% and 82.7% year-on-year. During January-April, automobile output and sales stood at 8.36 million units and 8.24 million units, respectively, up 8.6% and 7.1% year on year.

The output and sales of NEVs totalled 640,000 units and 636,000 units respectively in April, up 1.1-fold year-on-year, with a market share of 29.5%. The output and sales of NEVs totalled 2.29 million units and 2.22 million units respectively in the first four months of 2023, up 42.8% year-on-year, with a market share of 27%.

Medjed- this is, of course just my opinion.

I would not be surprised if the CEO accepted an offer for Zulu at a lower price than most of us have printed.

I have come to this conclusion following the last interview.

I may be wrong.
