Prem has done very well to hold gains, sentiment is currently running with Prem.

Will have a clearer picture by COP Friday.

The BOD needs strengthening to take Premier forward.

I agree that this would be looked upon favorably by major investors.

The West sat and watched as the Chinese masterminded an "economic" invasion of Africa.

Africa is "now" it is IMO the next development hotspot and is currently attracting enormous amounts of investment.

The West remains behind the 8 ball,this was mentioned by our CEO who remarked that the days of The West walking into a country and exploiting assets are over.

All I am looking for from Zulu is financial security for Prem.

I want Prem to maintain a healthy cash account and have sufficient funds for advancing developments.

Any deal that can secure forward expenditure on other capital projects is OK by me.

As I see it:

Profitability from Zulu will be slightly adjusted as a result of the latest negotiations.

As mentioned in my previous post hyd. price is rising faster than spodumene.

The final settlement should give Zulu financial stability and the company a regular source of revenue.

The capacity of the plant will be improved and Zulu will continue to drill for further resources.

Zulu appears to have a "green ticket" to sell other minerals mined and processed at Zulu.

The regular income will enable the company to expand non-Zulu operations, Li3, gold, and EPO, and review the viability of the company's other assets.

A period of company expansion lies ahead.

The major activity during Q3/Q4.

Steward1 glad to see you posting here again, you are very knowledgeable in the ways of Prem/George.

Yes it has been bumpy and sometimes bloody annoying.

Put down another 5 years during which I am expecting the company to move rapidly through the divisions until it is established as a premier player in the world markets.

The company will,at last, have a regular revenue stream and sufficient funds for further exploration, production, and commercialization,it already holds some potentially profitable assets.

A priority for me is to see the CEO strengthen the BOD with movers and shakers.

Future SP, not a clue.

Would be disappointed if SP was below 3p at EOY.

Guys, don't get too hung up on Zulu.

It is the first time Premier has moved from exploration into commercial production.

Treat it as a dummy run,

Then lift the experience gained, the technical know-how and all the other attributes and drill the hell out of the EPO.

Aimisaluagh--use Zulu as a "cash cow" where the revenue/profits can be invested into projects that will see company growth.

George intimated that it is his wish to grow Prem and quickly.

George has a government that is keen to industrialize Zimb.

The ducks are nearly in line.

I think the future looks very bright indeed.

Remember,Zulu is only part of Prem, the regular cash flow can be used to develop the EPO region and Li3 without any contractual involvement by our investor.

I don't think so. In an earlier interview, Mr. Roach said that our investor was solely interested in spodumene supply and had no desire to increase holding in Prem.

Things may change however I would put my bet on 3rd party coming into the frame during Q4.
