Iky786-yep I can understand how it reads however be fair, things do change and often it will carry to my opinion.

The fundraising last week was a bit of a blow and how it was done did raise alarm bells.

Then it looks like the output, if any, will be well short.

Things change very quickly, all can look very good on a Monday, and by Wednesday a different story emerges.

It is all about this "awkward period" which I must admit I am not enjoying.

No information, no output cash shortages, and our largest shareholders are not at all happy with the progress.

I do feel that Zulu is currently very vulnerable to offers from predators.

As mentioned earlier, should George pull the rabbit out of the hat I will sleep easier.

Currently, the jigsaw pieces are not, IMO, coming together.

A run of good news will help.

SprintRS--I am fasinated by the mining industry,you pay millions out to plant designers,enginerrs and project managers then come judgment day it doesn't work.

Now asking for yet another 6 months reading the instructing books whilst investors twiddle thumbs.

Why enter an agreement knowing full well that such targets will be out of the reach of the plant,why not say ,if very lucky we can produce the targeted output in September.

Shareholders were informed that all the plant was on site early in the New Year.

George will really have to pull the rabbit out of the hat,it is becoming farcical.

Sprint--so what you and others are implying is that the tonnage mentioned in the multi-million £ agreement was just plucked out of the sky and would never be achieved due to the necessary de-bugging of another 6 months.

The investors wanted lithium by the end of March no wonder they are dissatisfied with the company and management.

If the plant does not produce a significant amount of "pay" before the end of the month then I am fearful that the Ceo will have put the Zulu plant in a very, very vulnerable position.

Come on Snowking, even you must be able to understand the current frustration among shareholders.

Without question, the regular posters agree that later in the year the company's fortune will shine through with monthly profits, but boy, what a bumpy ride the company is giving investors.

You must agree, from bullish RNSs frequently stating that the company is financed through to production then having to raise multi-millions via placing does not bode well for current sentiment and company confidence.

Production should be 4000 tonnes this month, not in future months.

The company has had ample time to get the plant to this tonnage production, I know this, most of the investors know this and the Chinese certainly know this.

I still stand by my predictions for the 2nd half of the year ending with an SP within the range of 2.5/3.5 at year-end but oh dear the company must sort itself out and the CEO must play ball with shareholders.

I am eager for George to strengthen the BOD.

He needs to put the ball across the line.

Can I make it very clear, I stopped trading Prem shares many, many years ago?

Those who consider that my posts carry some sort of agenda are just plain idiots.

This is a BB, a place where views about the company can be expressed and discussed, mainly with adults.

There are certain aspects of the company I applaud, and other aspects I do not agree with.

I wish for a balanced and knowledgeable discussion among shareholders however, as today has highlighted we are still plagued by school boy investors and their inapproraite postings.

Luckily they soon disappear.

I would just like to add that most of the "doom merchants " are long-term investors in Premier who have gained extraordinary knowledge about the company and CEO and do not have any agenda attached to the comments posted.

We have witnessed today that it is by and large the newbies who cannot get to grips with corporate matters and generally have very little understanding of market expectations.
