I am not from a mining background, it is just when the CEO who has been involved in mining for many years informs shareholders, with the agreement of Nomad, that the commissioning of the Zulu plant has been completed I tend to believe.

The financial tank must be running on fumes, even if George can send out some wheelbarrows of SC6 he will still have to wait for payment.
I cannot see any placing, however, a re-organized financial agreement is a possibility as is, let's say, a deposit on an offtake.
