Another good review that I enjoyed.

A point on Roach and finance, I have watched the video many times, and nowhere does CEO state that he will SELL his shares to finance short-term requirements.

Mr.Roach states that he will make his shares available which is not quite the same.

I can imagine that CEO would use his shares as collateral against raising finance.

IMO the most important news will be the commencement of production and achieving the all-important grades.

I am comfortable with finance and indeed comfortable with the game of chess with Canmax.

Yes, exciting times are ahead however I think you are a little early in the production forecast/grades.

Near the end of the month makes me feel comfortable,I may be wrong.

We can certainly expect news on Canmax.

George stated that he will do whatever is necessary to fund the company, so be it.

The SP is only relevant if you are selling or buying.

That equates to many,many millions leaving Premier cash rich this time next year.

I was reassured when Roach stood in front of the Zulu mine and made a comment to the effect that the mine will make millions.

I also agreed with the CEO that the value of Premier is very much misunderstood and greatly undervalued.

Within a period of 3 to 5 years, I am expecting Premier to be producing 150,000 + of spodumene, to have a profitable gold mine, and to continue to seek out other potential exploration possibilities.

That is why I am here.

However,at this juncture, I must pay full credit to Mr. Roach for not being bullied by the larger concern.

Funding at any stage will not be an issue for Premier.

IMO the only way the FM can be lifted is by mutual agreement or arbitration.

According to your post, the FM will be lifted before the end of the month.

Premier informed shareholders that following the issue of the FM the company, Canmax, had 10 days to respond.

According to my calculations and using "working days " the time expires today.

I would be surprised if we get news today.

Someone has already alluded to the fact that the market dislikes uncertainty, this current situation has/could spook the market.

No one knows the outcome, some will wish to sell to protect profits others will buy the cheap shares.

One big mix-up at the moment.
