Should Canmax return then I would expect that the repayments will still originate from spodumene sales.

At full production Premier should gross $15 to $20 million a month.

It would be a matter of give and take.

JPC if you recall there was much debate about this,certain posters saying it would take 12 months or more where certain posters claimed debt would be repaid in a few months.

I would disagree on one point.

Yes the contract is still valid however during an active FM ALL terms of the contract have been suspended.

Also,the contract is with Premier,there is no contract with Zulu.

COURT CASE PREMIER V CANMAX

Before any court would accept this case the court would require evidence that every possible avenue has been discussed.

The first step is open communication between the parties,evidence that both have made a concerted effort to overcome the contentios areas

Should this not occur then the matter would be brought to arbitration where both would submit case .

A decision would be made.

There would be a right of appeal to take the matter to court.

The appellant would have to express dissatisfaction with decision and state why he feels so.

The papers would be reviewed by the court and would either dismiss or accept the case.

On the evidence efore me I cannot see this case proceeding past arbitration.

It is worth rem embering that the FM was in force before Canmax issued notice to quit.

As a consequence the Canmax notice is invalid and cannot be acted upon in any shape or form.

Profit Premier has already mentioned that it is in serious talks with one or more interested parties who are well aware that an agreement would require a capital repayment to Canmax.

Canmax legal will explain that Canmax has no authority over the marketing of Zulu spodume whilst the F M is active.

It will all be resolved either by Canmax agreeing new terms or arbitration.

Any chit chat about other events just exposes the ignorance of the events.

I must admit it I do find it unbelievable the content of some posts.

In a few weeks Premier will sell spodumene and that is the end of that.
