Finance it is already in print that Premier has been approached by several Chinese companies.

During the last interview CEO referred to interest from international trading Houses

Another comment was interesting that not all spodumene goes east.

Furthermore CEO clearly stated that the FM and any subsequent legal action would have no consequence on the day to day workings at Zulu.For the purpose of FM you can ignore the 50% production.

Can we just clear up the question of FM.

The Premier legal team advised Mr. Roach that the action was legal and defendable.

Once issued the FM remains active until parties settle or arbitration.

Canmax cannot move,they can threaten but cannot act.

Canmax cannot deem the FM void prior to the arbitration which according to those in the know can take up to 12 months
