The RNS does not say that Canmax is walking away.

My views;

A] Canmax negotiations are ongoing, giving some hope that the matter may be resolved.

B] Stark seems confident that the plant will produce during July

C] The meeting to raise funds is just Prem exercising one of the fundraising options, Geogre will get the vote, and the money

D] 3rd party money/investment will come if it is required just takes time.

No red flags in RNS,just a summary of events.

I think I have been very patient with Prem.

The SP may well drop.

The market hates uncertainty and this is exactly the current position.

News is required to maintain and increase confidence that all is well, with no red flags.

Continued silence from the company is unsettling and could act as a precursor for a drop in SP.

Watcher may be right, it is currently a fine balancing act.
