I was thinking along the same lines however not a resignation as such.

Would like to see George as Chairman and a new CEO appointed as well as other directors to strengthen the Board.

I will support George on this vote but with a silent caveat.

Should a new investor be in the wings the 5 billion shares could be used as PART of a negotiated package, and other options could come into play.

I feel a lot of the blame for that is at the feet of Mark.

A classic example in the last interview was the question on grading.

Also, when asked about the EPO license he twitches and skims over questions about the RUS.

Look at it this way:

This is a VERY important interview for Mr. Roach and Premier.

He will have to sell the case for voting "Yes" to those shareholders who are still "on the fence" and be very clear to all shareholders about the route he is taking Premier and how it is going to be achieved.

This is a pivotal interview, he cannot afford any mistakes.

A comprehensive update from Stark to include potential output and grading.

News on 3rd party investors and other avenues being followed should Prem need the finance.
