Whatever one thinks there is a lithium mine called Zulu at the cusp of producing SC6, the concept, and vision are down to the CEO.

We own 50% of another lithium claim that is looking viable, again down to the CEO

We have access to an enormous area of exploration, down to the CEO

We have gold claims and other assets.

And you are whingeing because he doesn't know if there are any biscuits in the barrel.

As mentioned earlier, should Canmax terminate the contract and walk away then surely they will also walk away from the 50% off-take which as I understand it forms an integral part of the agreed contract.

You are suggesting that Canmax can cherry-pick which part of the contract they wish to terminate.

I disagree with you on this point.

As I see it there is only one agreed contract between the parties.

Should negotiations break down Canmax will issue a notification of contract termination.

Keeping it in simple terms, they wish to walk away from the agreed contract.

Included in the contract is an entitlement to 50% of Zulu production[the off-take], does this become null and void?

The Canmax shares are just that, shares in Premier.

Canmax cannot cherry-pick parts of the agreement.
