This mayput the skids under Canmax.

My take on all this:

The FM stays in force during this year and early next year.

The FM may be lifted if an amicable agreement can be reached.

Limited production this year however grade SC6 will be achieved

Should Canmax walk away I have confidence that Mr Roach will find a satisfactory replacement who will make funds available to clear all debts.

Premier may have to give a little to achieve new partner

My gut feeling is that Canmax will return to the table

RNS Monday-- work at Zulu continues, first production put back to early August.

Expecting news that CEO will step down next year, looking for a replacement.

The ball mill is, IMO, directly connected to the issue of the FM.

Now I would argue that the FM continues.

The starting of production at Zulu has no bearing on the FM

IMO the FM was issued because 3rd party events prevented Premier from fulfilling the terms of the contract, the contract was for a certain amount of tonnage per month.

Premier will not be in a position to fulfill any part of the contract until Q1 and as a consequence, the FM stands.

IMO starting production at Zulu does not and will not satisfy any terms of the contract,Premier cannot supply terms until Q1.

As I see it the FM remains in force until

Parties come back to the table and agree on terms

The matter is resolved by arbitration.

So next week we should have an RNS stating that Zulu has commenced production and notification that Premier has lifted the FM.

Canmax then,if they so desire,re-issue the termination notice asking for repayment within 90 days.

Is this what you and your followers are expecting ??

With the lifting of the FM, the notification from Canmax becomes valid and Premier has 90 days to repay the millions of $.

I don't see it that way.
