Sloane are still pushing ahead with the mine. So we should know one way or another if rlh is to be used for the rto fairly soon.

Between 2.014 and 2.017 the studies that allowed obtaining the Minera and Environmental licenses to develop the Mina La Luna project, located in the municipalities of El Paso and Becerríl in the Department of El Cesar, Colombia, to be exploited by underground mining by the method of Chambers and Pillars that will be a farm up to 4.2 million tons of coal per year. The construction of the support infrastructure of the surface mining operation, located in the territory of the municipality of El Paso, is expected to begin in January of 2,019, and coal extraction in August of the same year.
Additionally, preliminary studies are being carried out to determine the economic, technical and environmental feasibility of developing a medium-scale mining exploitation in areas of the municipality of El Carmen de Chucurí, in the department of Santander in Colombia.
