The construction of the support infrastructure of the surface mining operation, located in the territory of the municipality of El Paso, is expected to begin in January of 2,019, and coal extraction in August of the same year.
Additionally, preliminary studies are being carried out to determine the economic, technical and environmental feasibility of developing a medium-scale mining exploitation in areas of the municipality of El Carmen de Chucurí, in the department of Santander in Colombia.

* Supervising the formulation of the Bankable Feasibility Study (BFS) that will be utilized to obtain funding for the project.

* Fine tuning the design and operational plans to make La Luna a world class room and pillar underground coal mining operation.

Coal will be produced at Sloane's adjacent La Luna coal mine, where production will begin in late 2019 with 500,000 t/yr of capacity. The underground coal mine will gradually ramp up to 4.2mn t/yr by 2022, of which 2.4mn t/yr will be exported and 1.8mn t/yr will feed the power plant.

They never raised any money after the agm. The placing was on 4th May. they can't issue shares without a resolution at the agm and there wasn't one. Authority finished with the agm.
