Dill My point was simple enough. If you invested the same amount at 1p as you invested at 16p then you would be making profit at 1.88p.

If you bought the same again by value at the current price of 1p then you'd only need a price of 1.88 to break even.

PH had 10% in January. They're a broker that takes stock when the MMs don't want it. They often end up with 10% of low cap stocks. When the stock gets active they feed their holdings into the market or sell it in big chunks. It's a good thing that they have no more stock to sell.

Ok. Vin Murria never did take a stake here. Interesting that was being discussed at the same time as she invested in Pythagoras. I assume she was interested in the IMTK business and not using a shell. But who knows?

So the idea is that Vin Murria has named the company after an ancestor's home and that she will take a stake and reverse Pythagoras Comms into it. She has invested £2m in Pythagoras so a listing may happen there. But I'm not sure of the connection here - well there is none!
I think we'll all looking for a Antos Glogowski or even Chris Akers to set it alight. I have patience and will buy more on dips.

Interesting listening to Panoro - recorded last week. 36.50 for aje. They sound committed as long as they don't have to pay much! Phase 2 will need a lot of finance and I think their stake is up for grabs. IMO. Shares or cash.

Similar links have been posted before. The La Luna is the energy project not the coal mine. Sloane appear not to want to develop the mine unless they can develop the energy project. So it's a stalemate. I can't see any end in sight and RLH have spent all their money!

Rizzs looks like it deals in property, but obviously meant to be secret, and has been around a log time. How they got involved here I can't imagine. I note the other holder is T&J Capital Ltd. Now I'm sure that's meant to be T&J Capital Group Ltd because their owners are the same as Soarx. So they actually supplied a lot of the cash that got invested in their own company!
Not happy about the later reporting here - the placing was December for goodness sake and us poor holders didn't know who had 23% of the company until 3 months later!

They won't have the £200k from the last rns because that is dependent on resolutions 1,2,and 4. of the agm. They are only asking for 5.3bn shares and 1.6bn is already spoken for. RTOs can easily cost £500k.
What's 3.7bn shares in the context of 50bn to 100bn shares issued in the RTO? It's nothing!

An RTO needs money and the directors need to raise it before the main EGM for the RTO itself to pay for all the fees. Fine if they have a target within a few days but if it takes time what do they do? That EGM will allow probably 50bn or 100bn shares to be issued when the shareholders vote on the RTO itself.

They need these resolutions for the RTO, otherwise the RTO can't take place.

I wonder if everyone on here knows what an RTO is?
