The date has been mentioned a few times here but they have said they intend listing on the main market not AIM, so they would be delisting on AIM anyway, so the date doesn't mean anything IMO. Looking at above I hope they still intend doing the deal!

The shareholder here is Goozee, which is rare but not uncommon in the UK. There was a famous murderer called Goozee and In the old days (1242) there was Walter de Gosey in Berks with slightly different spelling - not that many people could read in those days. So, Goozee, Goosey, Goozey etc. are found.

That date is for AIM, but they're not intending to come back to AIM, so it doesn't mean anything now.

We could play track the trade. I see 10,061,073 bought yesterday at .088 sold just now at .093. Some are trading on credit and can't afford to risk a loss. I used to do that so I can't complain!

photonstar was sold for £1 so it's irrelevant I would have thought. They are hardly likely to buy it back for 13bn shares which is the theoretical minimum for a rto. It has no business either.

Who knows what will happen next?

Sloane have owned La Luna for years. The deal was to float the coal mine via a RTO with RLH. Capital Resources Inc would have come up with $20m+. Sloane would probably have ended up with 80 to 90%.

Sloane get a mention as a leading renewables player! Maybe they'll do a deal to build loads of solar if they can develop the coal.

That's FPG's strategy. It doesn't affect us since supply@me is a subsidiary of TAG and TAG isn't listing. I note that earlier rns' suggested that TAG would be listing, but looks like they've postponed that until next year, as it's not mentioned in this latest rns. A rather complicated strategy worked out by Dominic White I guess.
