stagnation on the share price
So an EBITDA loss last year of -1.4m. An now in excess of 3m. Why the stagnation?
Great results. Back on track. Should see this rise nicely today and beyond.
Scout well done on your other two investments but I find it strange that you are seemingly quite negative towards ggp now. You had more risk earlier on in your ggp journey. With the Information we have gathered to date, the more derisked this has become. All the intelligence tells us that. So it would have to be something truly left field to knock us backwards. And look at how we have performed throughout the left field Covid shock. All good here IMO. Hold for gold. Can’t wait for the results in three weeks!

anyone buying?
LUF, that makes a lot of sense. WH have appointed CBRE to negotiate on their behalf across their portfolio. This is a first. Up until now they have only ever used regional practices.
If WH can reduce their rent burden across their portfolio, they will be able to command a higher price for their retail business. I expect it will take a few months for them to reach agreements so would not expect a sale of retail for a short while.
