Helx, I can recommend a great therapist / life coach if you would be open to seeing one. I hate to see such repetitive negativity... over and over again for such a long period of time too. It must be exhausting. This kind of cognitive therapy assists in dealing with negative thoughts, positive acceptance, living in the present, helping with obsessions, coping with trauma etc. Let me know.
