Proquo, that is a very pessimistic view, i realise your quoting "the experts" but when have they ever got things right, who knows what twists and turns the Middle East or Russia/China has in store for us in 2026 and beyond.

Bline59, you hit it in a oner, gargantuan describes this very well assuming investors are willing to wait, even if they decide not to hold for a few years there will be plenty profits to take enroute.

Thornogson, i think a Gazelle 2 will be first on the agenda assuming Gazelle 1 production rate continues to surprise, that said, should H2 throw up unexpected high production rate H1 may be worth an acid wash.

Keep in mind H2 has already been completed so we are pumping & producing oil right now, assuming commercial rates it will just continue pumping oil & adding cash, interesting one is Gazelle, what rate will they start it at, 200 bopd, 300 bopd, i imagine cautious MB will start it low around 180 bopd, could be wrong but we will find out very very soon.

More oil YES, but how much more 200%, 300%, 400% we will find out soon.

May even be an update on the farm out.

beyond our wildest dreams sounds about right assuming your willing to hang in until refinery time, keep in mind filling the pipeline, the 5 pumping /heating stations along its route and the refinery storage tanks will start months before the refinery starts up and once we are selling to the refinery we cut out Petro China trucking and processing costs so we will get around $9 more for every barrel of oil.

And i still say 30p plus post refinery !!!.

I33, i only know of one oilfield in Mongolia that is proved up, ready for drilling and virtually undeveloped, it is MATADS Block XX.

While its a great shame the oil price has dropped 10% i think you should keep in mind our production is about to increase circa 300% and maybe even more, fact is the oil price fluctuates, right now its down but in a week or two who knows where it could be, our low cost reworks of H2 & Gazelle are nearing completion so this will be the end of spending cash until next year, with our three Brit directors all taking a 70% shave on salary our outgoings over winter will be minimal, there will also be savings due to the electrification of Heron.

There is no doubt H2 reworks are over budget but set that against the GOBI well test now delayed until next year i imagine we are still in a good place.

Still expecting the sales agreement to be reworded and signed by end of November so this will allow PC to pay the $800,000 they are holding back and importantly they will start paying 100% of our future invoices.

It was only ever a matter of time with MATAD, no one can deny we are sitting on a goldmine of an oilfield that is desperately needed by Mongolia.

CptBuckynOHair, that is certainly possible, MB has stated he wants a farm out deal but there is nothing stopping any company making an offfer and lets face it, if an Indian oiler wants a stake in Mongolia they want to start producing right away, they do not want to be wildcat exploring for prospects.

The result at Gazelle helps enormously, huge boost for MATAD, similar good news with H2 will be a real boost.

50 million soft loan from Mongolia to be repaid by supplying the refinery with discounted oil over several year period, why give half our riches away.
