Also, back in the day Miri used to dip and spike a lot. This drew my attention to it and many others i predict. 2phevs, hinted to this is his endless posts. For him there was a hope of just one more random rns to spike it and that's all he needed. (That spike didn't come, his ramping possibly got a lot of people stuck in and didn't have an impact on the sp so he sold, defeated and wiser)

1. It's the psychological rigidity and Ego, where one struggles to admit they are wrong even when they see all the evidence is against them.

2. It's just a gambling addiction.

I said months ago, why not wait till the placing and you can top up nearer that price (obviously will be discounted) than keep buying before you know where the company is heading.

BIDS 2.0 incoming, this is a lifestyle company. If business was on the right path and you state you owe 1%, i would wish you well with a natural hint of i want to have as much as you. But look at the state of things. I can only Pity LOT-M as I pitied 2phevs. This is sad. They both stand to lose a combined £250k in this minimum. And that's from 2 people. At this point, i am rooting and hoping it turns and spikes so he can get his capital back.

You saw a company without cash or profit. A CEO that uses the company like a free atm. A company they couldn't sell. Missed predictions after missed predictions and you plough £80k into it as you watched 2phev lose over £200k

With that amount in there is no way you can reason. Consider what it took 2phevs to admit he was wrong and sell. Ramping everyday proves what i said. He was ramping to get out. He knew there was no easy way for Miri to survive so je resorted to ramping in hopes of wheeling multiple people like you in to drive the price up so he could sell.

My God for you I hope they shock us and pull this off. I can understand you averaging down but if you poured all that in the last few months of the posts of 2phev. I feel sorry for you.

There's always a chance a miracle can happen and i hope for you it does.

Spot on Merciaman, my thoughts exaclty.

He's down a fortune. Half sold around 0.47 and the rest just over 0.50. He's likely put everything into his new holding. Buying back into chase a loss of over £200k (correction i forgot how far it dropped) would be dangerous and silly. Being emotionally attached is what leads to such huge losses.

He's better off avoiding Miri completely. If he doesn't buy back and it survives and shoots up, he will hate himself. If he buys and it fails he will hate himself. When i sell, i remove all traces of the stock. Sounds like a broken relationship, don't go banging on your exs window begging to be taken back. Move on.

Exactly Lumax, and my awe of this technology and it's amazing potential is why i am watching till its demise or miracle turnaround. A new CEO, with serious steps to turn this around is probably the only best option.

If that happens and i have reasons to be optimistic again, i will buy following the placing. I want this to survive.

The results are not priced in imo. I expect them to be abysmal, sp will drop and then what happens following that is what we will see.

Raise at circa 0.15 to 0.20 (50%) The best way imo would be an open offer, with change in management and serious reduction is salaries, something to align with the sp.

I would be careful with any further buys until the way forward is official. Someone sold £40k on Tuesday. That £40k was worth over £120k a year ago, now you may understand the huge gamble and endless linked in posts. They were in too deep, desperate to get out. It was ramping, now you know why they posted nonstop everyday. I might place an order with Ocado later today.

You mentioned the gym episode and that simply points to my claims of this being a lifestyle company. Make no mistake the IP here is valuable. Just a shame we got screwed. What happens next. A rabbit put of a hat, Administration, gets sold to a random company (newly formed within past 2 years, wink wink) for £1. Or a placing somehow, i said I'd wait till 0.30 but a few things have happened this past few days.

With better management, this should have been brilliant story.

Following on from everything you said.

If holders take the pov that he is lying and simply making a living fleecing shareholders. Everything might make sense. There was the talk towards the end of last year about expect many deals blah blah blah and where are they. Now we can expect the same charade later this year just before the begging bowl appears.

I'll be back if and when we get to 0.30.

At rhe current price, the next raise i reckon at 50% discount. It will be below 0.25. To then do what with the money? Miri is a lifestyle company. If one still believes, may be worth waiting till then to buy.

One thing worth taking from this board is that incessant ramping has zero impacts on sp. If it did, Miri would be multiples of this.
