He's desperate to get out. He's not dumb but desperate. First chance, he bolts but he's probably put in the weight of his investment above 2p. Put a bit more along the way down and probaby averaging 3x current sp. He needs a spike to get out. I'd expect his posts to quadruple in rate and make less sense.

It's a lifestyle company so expect the board to ramp to allow them another placing. It's coming. I feared 0.50 but likely sub 0.30 coming or even 0.10.

Sadly, so many well resesrched individuals on BIDS were posting like 2phevs. How they managed to get who we were then signed up to and response rate and so much insider technicals call it what they did. It's literally what 2phevs posts.

It all amounted to fck all in the end. Absolute fck all. And hence why i bring it to light here. 2phev would have realised by now and just seems desperate to sell.

2phevs ramped this back in the day some 20 posts a day, copy and paste articles from random places. Then he SOLD citing a "better" company and how Miri wasn't up to scratch. He has nothing to lose doing it again. Once he breaks even he will simply Sell,stop posting and vanish.

John there has taken over £8m in salary (no different to what'shis name here). the size of the placings there gave holders the belief the project was de-risked. All the bs the board have pjmped that all is well. With paid actors like 2phev dsseminating post after post of useless links. How many people have been suckered in with his overwhelmimg posts. He pumped like it was the last day on earth and promptly reared his head citing a better company and that he had sold. Now he's back with linked in posts and likes and comments.

Mirriad is a great concept, very similar to BIDS (gone), HZM (gone).

Hold the board accountable now, not later. There will be schemes to use all this money to set it all up, fall into admnistration and flog it for cheap to a company they are all linked to or have set up (BIDS)

This is a lifestyle company. They are laughing everyday at shareholders. They spend £26500 a day on what. Stephan takes home a whole torso of all funds raised and then claims oh it won't work so lets sell, NO BUYER, Then next year we will have to close shop if no funds raised. And next year will be the same thing.

You either have a paid ramper on here or he will disappear like he did before once and if he ever breaks even again.

People have invested in a great idea, sadly the management are not fit for business.

Until the ground finally gave way and shafted everyone. They were due to sell this last year because it had no way to generate money and no one bought it. Now it's the hottest thing, apparently

The placing price is nothing. All indications point to this dropping further below the price. If not this month then later in the year.

They have nothing solid to offer. We have been below 1p in months past. It stands to happen again.

Take the placing to keep the lights on or wait and hope others do and then get in lower. There is nothing to propel this forward. We will still be loss making this time next year.

And LOTM is right. Why are we only hearing about C4 and Sky now.

Why didn't they announce this prior to April the 6th and give people plenty of time knowing full well people save to fill their ISAs.

Their salaries are a joke. They live a lavish lifestyle mocking everyone of us. Next after taking a salary from placing they will spend circa 10k on shares lol and people should be pleased?

The sp will drop to 1.25. And since they have nothing to sell to us, no tangible achievements or deals to expect. It will very likely drop further. We have been lower before.

They have plans in place if this raise fails btw. It does not matter to them either way. Except the much bigger salary via us.

Mirriad is a brilliant idea in the wrong hands. It is an amazing concept. I have seen a few similar companies in the past get destroyed by management. And when the company finally finds it's feet. They pull the plug strategically and take it private. Bids etc.

The board needs a complete overhaul. Good luck all. The price has been lower than 1.25 with far less shares in issue in the past year. Don't be surprised if it drops below 1p because there will be no news worth manure this side of the year or next. The next significant news we are waiting for is next years placing. So until then, peace and love.

Last year this same company gave up and was put up for sale as they saw no way forward. After endless placings in the past. No one took the bait and they returned, no sale, no one wanted to buy it. Instantly, they have deals with top tier companies that can't be named. Nothing has changed and nothing will change.

This is a lifestyle company and they are taking us all for fools. 5 million and 50% discount. This is not Sar that has a product in preclinical with results due in a few weeks time.

The cash burn here is ridiculous, no one is using Mirriad. Break even is years away, of possible. There will ne more placings next year. We've been down this road for years.

With no news to stop the slide, it will likely test the all time bottom. That's around 0.53 so might dip just below as the last remaining abandon ship.

Sell now, wait and buy in at the new low of 0.50. Plus placing is due so that will be lower too.

There's no funds and no news, and price keeps dropping drastically. On the losers leaderboard for two consecutive days now. Scary stuff.

Ramping drove the price rise, traders paradise. Price will likely keep dropping. Could drop as far as 0.50 or less. So worth selling and securing profits and buying back in later.

Why hold a paper loss. When you can sell now and buy back in at under 0.50 amd double your money?

On Lex, we are used to the price not moving on buys.

Last year, solid buys after buys around that 0.34 price. There was a period of multiple buys kissing past 100k ignoring the regular 2k, 4k, 6k bhere and there. Yes there were sells, but they were out matched by buys.

Sp dropped. And kept dropping.
