I believe its every 1% from 3% onwards. And usually the holder has 2 working days to notify the company, who then has no longer than 3 working days to notify the market.

Any and everything is always a possibility. The same would apply to every TR1 holder on the planet. And not just RLD. I don't see the likely hood of that happening, although his circumstances might change and force his hand. Such buys will likely be big and delayed by a perhaps a day or could even show up after the notification.

But again, just over 5 trading weeks to go, till the deadline and with some 2 weeks required to get shareholders to have a say. I guess that RTO rns could land anytime from now. Or in another scenario it could not.
