Non existant (IMO) "claim".27 Sep 2018 09:51
"And also is it still a strong case.."
Wasn't this initially a "no risk" case? Now they want YOU to take the risk. Would you have gone to them if they had not made the initial offer? Now they are withdrawing that offer and lumbering you with the risk? Is that professional? Was it ever "strong"? If it is/was strong in the first place why can't they get cover? So in their view it is not strong enough a case to go ahead without risk of loss?
Now answer those questions and see what answer you come up with regarding the strength of "their" (your) case. You should also bear in mind that, for worst case scenario, if you were the only one to say "yes" you alone would be entirely liable for "Quindell's" costs should these experts lose....
That would, in all liklihood be many thousands of pounds.
To me, a shareholder so perhaps biased in what I say there was never any chance of this going along the lines that were initially claimed by YLF.
Now, finally do this......
Consider my acknowledged bias in this matter.
Then re-read the questions. What have I said that is untrue? Where am I lying? By all means take this to family/friends and ask THEM what they think of my comments.
I will tell you what I would do given the situation you find yourself in. I would write an exremely short reply ending the relationship immedietly. Indeed, it would only be prolonged by the number of insults I included.
Frankly, and in my opiniojn, How DARE they?
They have procured custom by offering something they were unable to provide, I see that as one of the most unprofessional actions a company can take.
How many of Supertrolls "Red Flags" do you need?
(As you may gather, I got angrier as I wrote!)
