I don't think GH gets any say in it. Numis do the research for their customers. I contacted them before but they said they only issue the research to clients with over 100M portfolios.

I guess someone like proactive may be able to publish snippets like before with their permission.

Numis already put out a second note on the 10th September but nobody has access to it or nobody who is willing to share. See their research page here

I would imagine they will do more notes as and when the assays are reported.

I agree Rup - the assays need to do the talking now but there are a couple of pointers that say these should be good.

As has been said - Newcrest putting GGP front and centre of annual reports, presentations, etc bodes well.
Also Newcrest are not going to keep putting 1000m holes in the ground if they are not expecting good results.
The pattern of the recent drills also back up what GH said in the last update.

• Newcrest will complete Phase 1 drilling in September and commence Phase 2 of the Havieron
exploration programme which includes plans to significantly increase the amount of both step out
and infill drilling.

I don't know how many of these step-out and infills will be reported but the ones that are not reported this time will be reported in the next update - one way or another Havieron will reveal her secrets over time.

Only 3 more trading days after the weekend before Newcrest updates - I wonder if we might get an update on one of our 3 outstanding surveys - Panorama, Scallywag or Paterson Range East early next week. GH sometimes like to wrong foot the market!!!
Still awaiting the assay results from the final holes @ Black Hills & Firetower so plenty to keep us guessing.

Here's a couple of screenshots from the satellite image - there is a tool that lets you measure between 2 points.

Bear in mind the East - West distance is at ground level - the drills are probably angled back in towards the centre so they won't intersect through the cover and into the mineralisation at these points.

I get roughly 1.2Km from East - West and 400m North - South.

I'm presuming that these new holes will be angled back in towards HAD001 as the others have been so far but maybe they will have put a vertical one in to test the edges.
It's impossible to tell from the plan view - we'll have to wait for the update but looks good to me that they are still stepping out.

When the updates come through I will feed then into the 3D model and get an updated video as soon as I can.

Gives an idea of the new drill holes in relation to the already reported ones - it's obviously not 100% accurate but accurate enough to give an idea.

Created a time-lapse of the drilling progress at Havieron from the satellite images from 10th July through to today.

Gives a good idea of the scale of the progress over the last 6 weeks or so - you can see the preparation of the drill pads (as they remove vegetation etc) and then the dark images of the sump pits in the following images.

Fascinating to be able to see the progress.

Are those results from drilling the targets that Antipa said were Havieron lookalikes from their AEM survey??

If so then it's gonna be interesting when we start to drill at Paterson Range East.

@aandi - just checked the updated satellite images myself - seems like they are busy beavers down there - notification that stage 2 has started is imminent IMO.

HAD001 is Latitude - 21°43'27.35"S / Longitude - 122°39'10.48"E

If you zoom in on Google Earth you can see the 4 drill pads for HAD001 - 004. The image on Google Earth was taken on the 21st June 2018

Here's an interesting report lodged by Newcrest in 2009 on Havieron.

It seems in 2008/2009 they had a plan to drill 12 holes just to the west of the main Havieron anomaly due to magnetic datasets that they found in this area - see page 11.

It seems the rig they decided to use couldn't get to the required DEPTHS and they abandoned this campaign after only 4 holes and then surrendered the license - could this be the reasons we are seeing some holes way out west on the latest satellite images.

I'm liking our chances more & more here every day.

GGP is only listed on AIM. There was talk last year of a dual listing on the ASX in Oz but nothing ever came of it.
