I've had a look on the AZY thread - I think there will be lots of crews flying in and out of Telfer every week - not just the ones working on Havieron :-)

There should be a new image available tomorrow morning mate - forecast looks ok so hopefully we should get a nice clear picture. If we see no new step-outs then we can assume they have 8 rigs beavering away at infill drilling. There's gonna be a lot of metres to report in the next quarterly at the end of April.

I think it's just Newcrest consolidating the land in the Telfer region. They are happy to let Antipa carry on with the A$3.9M for the first 2 years - I guess they are going to be very busy for those 2 years elsewhere??

The remainder of the Havieron license and Black Hills are now nicely sandwiched between RIO and NCM so hopefully we might see the big boys start an arm-wrestle over that ground.

Johnny - I'm not sure of the amount NCM work on now but I know Sandeep was asked that very question in the Q&A session after the Red Chris purchase last year. I distinctly remember him saying that they worked on a gold price of $1,200.

They may have revised that up since then but either way there's a pretty massive safety element built in there.

The other point that people are missing IMO is that as the gold price goes higher it makes those marginal ounces that may not have been economical before very much so now - this could have a massive impact on the cut-off grade that they need to use and consequently on the overall size of the MRE when it eventually arrives.

I don't even want to think about it TBF. If it's a penny lower then I've given back enough to pay off my mortgage "sh*t".

Must of my holdings are in a SIPP that I can't access yet anyway so no big deal but I haven't traded this since 2.5 years and ain't going to start now.

My average is 1.3p so still well in paper profit at least and I can see us passing the 5.6p mark in time so happy to hold.

It's all about Havieron for the time being - interim results including the first SW-NE drills in mid March followed by the next set of quarterlies which should start to include some of the ongoing infill drilling.

We may see the first of the Kraken results in May or June but we're always likely to get a "visual mineralisation encountered" RNS if the first core looks good.

Agreed OT - he was discussing the results that had come in from HAD023 at the time.

IMO the HAD023 assays confirmed that the breccia zone extended up to the North West and he probably knows the new SW-NE drills have confirmed there's more High Grade in that area also.

Agreed that things are looking great here and I wouldn't want to be anywhere else for the next 6-12 months and depending on how NCM want to play things an awful lot longer but guys please manage expectations.

It really winds people up to read 25p today/tomorrow/next week/next year - just point out the positives / negatives and let people make up their own minds where this is going.

Ah but you've quoted it out of context then - here's the full paragraph,

I guess they are trying to say the 6p target that Numis have put on (which they have said is conservative) is acting like a sort of brake on the SP - that won't be the case very soon I suspect.

Depends what you mean by short-term MrEMC - if you mean by the end of this week then perhaps but GH could easily drop another left field RNS any day here.
We know there will be a lot of interest here over the next few weeks as we build towards the next set of results from NCM.
