Stage 4 is still a minimum spend of $20 by Newcrest but underneath it states the following

"Expenditure incurred in connection with the Feasibility Study that is in excess of US$20 million shall be funded by the Parties in proportion to their respective Participating Interests in the Joint Venture at the relevant time the Feasibility Study is delivered, in accordance with the terms of the Joint Venture Agreement."

When we get to stage 4 Jerry any overspend will be shared 70/30 as per the farm-in agreement.

MFU - That's been the format up to now so until it changes then that's the way I expect it to continue. It's about 6.5 weeks between quarterlies. The first one was spot on halfway - the second one was slightly early but was on the eve of the GGP AGM so I assume it was done as a favour. If they stick to exactly halfway then I think it will be Tuesday 17th so we'd see it Monday night 16th of March - that's just my guess though.

They can't really give us an update until they get some new data from the next set of assays but I'm pretty sure we will be getting one soon after.

GH indicating that the accelerated drilling is to enable the MRE to be achieved asap.

"It is a very exciting time at Havieron as drilling accelerates to define the potential scale of the deposit and preliminary work begins to determine potential mining methods,” said Greatland’s chief executive Gervaise Heddle.

"We are very pleased by Newcrest's ongoing commitment and look forward to providing further updates on progress at Havieron."

Correct Stu - They've said repeatedly they are targeting YE 2020 for the initial MRE.

It's a complex folded system at depth that needs a lot of infill drilling.

If you look at the same presentation - on page 14 it shows the mining methods that NCM use. It would be one of the selective underground methods - either reef or narrow vein as shown on there.

The other thing that stands out to me is the fact now NCM have confirmed that there are 8 rigs on site but we're not seeing much "new" activity on the satellite images.
This indicates to me that they are now concentrating on the infill drilling of the "known" area of mineralisation in order to be able to get their initial MRE out - no doubt this will then be revised up as they continue to push the boundaries where it is still open along strike and at depth.
