Also - every satellite image that we see of Havieron shows that NCM are carrying on their step-out drilling to the NW - now why would that be, of course they are just putting in 1,200 - 1,500m diamond drill holes in 40 degree heat just for the fun of it.

SK has gone on record as saying that the results from 90% of the holes at Havieron have been exceptional according to the g/m measurements.
It's probably a fair point about II's not going above 3% but we don't know how many may have bought up to that point and are holding back for confirmation of stage 3 before breaching the reporting threshold.
There could be a multitude of reasons why they haven't invested but it doesn't change what is in the ground - you either believe or you don't - simples.

Spot on Jerry - it definitely mentions setting up a committee with nominated people from both parties.

Newcrest are to be the manager so I guess they decide where and when to drill but I would guess GGP would have sight of that. Don't know how it works with results and assays.

The drills that we will be getting results for at the end of April will probably already be at the labs by now - tick tock, tick tock

I did think that might be a possibility TBF.
Any news on those extra rigs that may have been on their way from the NT or has that probably fallen victim to the same restrictions.

I'd rather they kept going as they are instead of introducing any risk of Havieron getting shut down.

It was late last Saturday as well Spratt - I don't think it came in until well into the afternoon.

I'm keeping an eye out for it - don't worry.

schlemiel - it's possible I guess but I think all the Newcrest info will already be in the public domain. I'd say GGP are happy to go it alone for now - I'd love to see a couple (or more) holes straight down through that magnetic anomaly that we can see in the cross-section.

Kraken: A high intensity ‘bulls-eye’ magnetic anomaly with the same amplitude, character and
depth extent as observed at Havieron. Kraken has a structural location in the interpreted hinge
of the Scallywag antiform. IP results indicate a strong chargeability anomaly coincident with
the Kraken magnetic anomaly.

Repeat - A high intensity ‘bulls-eye’ magnetic anomaly with the same amplitude, character and
depth extent as observed at Havieron.

If one drill hits then - BOOOOM

Havieron will take care of itself now IMO.

Next news should hopefully be on Scallywag. Kraken looks like a good prospect.
