Hi red - I can't tell you what the average value will be across the whole of the zone - especially the breccia zone where we've only really had results from 3/4 drills so far. I think we will get a lot more info on that in the next interim results mid June.

GH did state that the copper was worth about 0.8 g/t AuEq in the HGZ so that's a start and I would expect the average Au grade in the HGZ to be north of 2.5 g/t but that's just my guess.

Newcrest have said something about 'the growing phase' - meaning they will be stepping-out to the NW.

This has been going on for a while if you look at the drilling pattern again. They already have 3 holes at pre-collar stage ready to have a DD drill on them HAD041,046 & 048 - circled in red.
And look at the amount of unreported drill holes & drill pads that we have noticed on the satellite images in the past months - They are already well into the growing phase IMO.

I haven't been on the board much this weekend - busy sorting out some jobs that had been put on the long finger in the past few weeks.

I read your posts yesterday and today launder and thought that was an interesting observation & was kicking myself for not remembering about that from the earlier RNS's myself.

I thought that seeing as I have all the drill-holes & sumps mapped onto Google Earth, I would try import the old Historical Havieron magnetic image - GGP updated it with the locations of HAD001 - HAD004 last year and the historic NCM holes are on there so I had enough reference points to line it up with the drill collar locations.

As we know most of the initial drilling concentrated on the magnetic anomaly which is borne out by the drilling pattern but then they discovered that the mineralisation seemed to be trending NW and they changed the direction of the drilling.
In the next image I've laid the results from Thursday onto the image above.

Look where the bottom of the 'horse-shoe' is in relation to the gravity anomaly and look in the NW direction to where the other side of the 'dome' may well be - IMO.

Here's the reply I got from a mining engineer from Australia when I asked the question about the decline.

“Usually just a lateral meter rate and 1:7 decline ratio so 2,800m. somewhere in ballpark of $8-12k per meter. So at 10k/m thats $28M. Plus some extra stockpile development (10%) and infrastructure costs”

Those costs are in AUD$

I think they are still invested Spratt, GH is one of the speakers at their investment day. It should have already happened this month but they rearranged for September because of the CV-19.

We normally head the other way towards Ballycommon / Dromineer although my wife has family in Borrisokane and I know Terryglass quite well. Sounds good mate - always up for a sociable pint or three.

Chippy - the only reason I can think is 'grade smearing'

I think they are loath to do too many vertical holes because you are drilling down strike instead of across the strike and they get accused of 'grade smearing' - you get great results showing long intersections but they might only be in a section a couple of metres wide.

I think they have been targeting the area below HAD005 with some of the angled holes.

There has not been a massive amount of new activity on today's satellite update. Two of the previously prepared drill pads have become a lot darker indicating that the sump liners have probably been fitted and they are either drilling or it is imminent.

Also another new drill sump has appeared in the original 'SW' cluster around the HAD042 area and interesting there seems to be a biggish patch of ground disturbance up in the very NE sector beside the new sump.
No idea what could be going on up there??

HAD043 finding more mineralised breccia

Disappointing thing for me is no new holes reported around HAD042 - they have shown HAD050 on the layout but it's not mentioned in the table at all.

Gonna spend half an hour updating the corebox model now.

Seems to me they have given us a lot of the infill drilling results which are hitting the high grade sulphide zone as predicted but we only got HAD050 as a new hole from the SW corner and the results of both legs from HAD043.

I thought we would get a lot more from there and also seems strange that HAD041, 046 & 048 are still at pre-collar stage like the last report??

All good with the reported holes though - lots of continuity of grades and intersections. GH will put some more meat on the bones in the morning.
