IMHO Best to look at the RNS 27th Feb 2025. This gives two key figures. NPV(10) = US$ 1.7 Billion and Average Annual EBITDA = US$ 733 Million.

When the project is funded and everything is finalised you might expect the Market Value to be NPV(10) = US$ 733 Million

Once its producing (4 years later) you might expect the Market Value to be a multiple of EBITDA e.g. x8 = US$ 5.864 Billion (in this case about 3.5 Times as much).

FYI With $/£ = about 1.355 and 4.86 Billion Shares in issue. This implies about 25p once funded and fully signed off and 90p once producing.

The problem is the register will consist of (mostly) Nominee companies, which of itself is not helpful.

The owner of over 3% should file a TR1, its not the responsibility of Zanaga.

If you look at the latest BRES Accounts (y/e 30 September 2024), on page you will see that Blencowe does list its major Shareholders as determined by the Registrars. However, this has little information value as most Shareholders keep their shares in Nominee Accounts, so for example Pershing Nominees Limited was the largest Shareholder with 19% !

The Oman Investment fund have backed this project since 2016 (when Kore was called Elemental Minerals). They are currently the largest investor at 13.5% approx.

In the case of Congo the project was seized from Sundance mid contract.

Thanks for both of these. I had been watching the Sundance claim, but Equatorial had slipped off the radar.

It is possible (IMHO) that Sundance could win vs. Congo and not against Cameroon, which makes it particularly interesting.
