Someone sold 1 million shares on Friday afternoon, about an hour later Trump increases the treat of tariffs on China. That trade now looks like a very costly mistake as US Critical minerals targets will re-rate.

Its going to be a very interesting end to the year for BRES, with its JORC numbers and DFS, and the US/China trade dispute all in the focus of investors.

The next DTC loan could be interesting.

I guess you are thinking that Mick Davis should issue at TR1, as he's a long time UK resident etc. etc. and also probably allocated more than 3%.

However persons of our age (who are UK resident), are encouraged to think about inheritance (an taxation). Giving less than 3% of ZIOC to each of his children would be a tax efficient way of passing on wealth.

Ex: - The issue of TR1's is the responsibility of the Investor, not ZIOC. When, ZIOC receives a TR1 it will issue an RNS.

I'm thinking its just a lack of buyers. The RNS implies you don't need to buy until early next year:-

"The Company further anticipates that the Claimants' written memorial will be due in or around Q1 2026 and will set forth in greater detail the factual and legal grounds for the Claimants' claims."

Kazera Global plc, the AIM quoted investment company, is pleased to advise that the Department of Mining and Mineral Resources has dismissed a third

party's appeal against the grant of a mining permit to the Company's 60% owned subsidiary Whale Head Minerals (Pty)Ltd ("WHM").

In the case of Waviskop, the mining permit was awarded despite the third party (Alexkor's) objection.

Now, with a much better relationship between BRES and Alexkor (and no mention of third party objections) the probability of getting the Waviskop permit must be high.

Just to be clear are you saying that the deeper holes won't impact the new Resource figures (I know its obviously not going to impact the Reserve).

I'm thinking this is particularly good news.

New Block Secured: - Alexkor has granted DBM a new diamond mining block within the Alexander Bay mining area.

A good relationship with Alexkor is essential to everything that KZG is doing (except African Tantalum). This part of the RNS shows that Alexkor and KZG are working well together. A positive for the Perdevlei HMS licence IMHO.

The block is regarded as "high mining difficulty" with "specialist equipment requirements", equipment that DBM has apparently.

Jangada may still have 1million 8p warrants which expire 18/5/26 (due to buying 2 million shares in the 18/5/26 placing [1 warrant for every two shares])

The 8p warrants expired after 3 years (14/12/24 and 28/4/25 approx).

It will be interesting to see if Jangada issues its own RNS, as it usually (but not always) does following a BRES RNS. Look for:-

"Investee Company Update: Blencowe Resources PLC"

The Jangada RNS always includes their percentage holding in BRES. So we may see if there has been any selling.

In 26 June 2025, this was 7.1%. (about 23.5 m shares by my calculation).

23.5 million shares would be about 6.4% today (after recent share issues and warrant exercises).

For DTC read DFC !

BTW - I think its understood that DTC are not going to fund the first phase as their process takes too long ( so probably AFC ). There is the possibility that DFC would fund thereafter, a significantly larger sum, if the project were scaled up at a much faster rate.

The next DTC funding might be equity ?

The TR1 is hard to interpret. Most probably RAB sold in order to buy something else (e.g. another discounted capital raise for a different company).

The TR1 is most probably wrongly completed anyway, as it contains no mention of the warrants RAB must still hold.

The Planned Kore Processing Plant and Jetty are at Tchiboula on the coast, which is about 53 Km from the centre of Point Noire. The plant is near the coast to give access to Sea Water (for use in processing the Potash). The Luyauan des Mines jetty would be approx half-way between Point Noire and Tchiboula. On my map the location its called Holl-Moni.
