Who were the 65.6m shareholders who voted for the change from premium to standard listing
and who were the 150m shareholders who couldnt give a **** and are now just bleating here about how much they have lost.

This is what I cannot get my head around.Divestment does not require sharehoder approval under Standard Listing.
But does it require shareholder approval under Premium Listing,ie this so called vote,that as far as i can see 70% of
shareholders did not know about/did not vote,sas passed by 90ish percent of 30%.Correct me if I am wrong,I cannot see Any sharholders volunteering to give away a say in the company,and if the vote had gone theher way we may not me in the mess we are now.

So just for clarity,you own/owned shares.Those shares gave you voting rites in the company,and the BOD should have acted accordig to the majoritys wishes.

What happened to the other circa 150m votes.Were the holders actually advised of impending vote and the consequences,ie vote yes and you have no say,we will walk all over you because we make the decisions.

Could any shareholder,repeat SHAREHOLDER,not any of the many rampers or derampers on this board,advise if and when they were advised/voted on on the divestment proposal

Close on 7.5% of company bought today. 32.72% rise in value.All to get 1P in February. (Over 100% loss )

According to my basic maths total shares in the company are 216.66M.The delisting vote total votes cast equals 65.6M.
Was evereybody entitled to vote made aware of the consequences or indeed given a chance to vote.151m missing votes seems a bit strange,as this is not far short of 70%,
