So in your own words more than half of the staff are leaving/have applied yo leave.For an airline that is a worrying figure.Many people have to travel/relocate to do the best for themselves or their families,thats life.If you can't move tough.

exetrchief.Agree to a certain extent.Hoskings could done things earlier,but be it late, they have asked for an EGM.If the BOD have nothing to hide,why are we still waiting for them to agree,Unlikely but Hoskings could be in collusion with consortium to gain access shareholders,but as the holding company flybe themselves could request this direct,they have more of a right to know who their employers are.

spring@.Hosking partners and another 3rd party,who i assume you mean Mr Kohn,have my e mail because I gave it them,by way of my email to Hoskings giving my support for their action,so no it doesnt bother me.What would bother me more is being asked or being freely given email address's by posters on this board,which happens frequently

ifluaj.As far as this board is concerned I must admit (and have done so in the past) the technical financial aspects such as NAV etc is a bit above my head,but i now find that you and I do have something in common,we are ex airline people.
.Now lets to the nitty gritty,and I would like you to confirm with your best friend/50% of facebook friends the following.
1. Pilots.How many over the last few weeks have not been flogging their cv around anybody and everybody,unfortunately due to the flybe fleet,maybe a bit difficult due to not many airlines operating their aircraft.
How many have been scouring trade journals or P.Prune for type change courses.It has been common knowledge for years that flybe and its predecessors were a good fast track to gain command and get the extra rings on your uniform.
2. Cabin crew.likewise how many cv'shave been whisking around.As ex airline staff you should know that this is the prime time for Summer schedule recruitment.Temporary maybe,but guaranteed for 6/8 months.
3.Groundstaff. Exactly the same as cabin crew.
IE the gist of this is how many are looking to jump,before they are pushed,because they know they are in a very very dodgy position as it stands now,either way.
I look forward to you checking with your 50% flybe facebook friends,and possibly asking the other 50% If they were in this position,what they would do.

How have you heard this,I like others on this board,would like to see some input from staff,or at least union comment.

Regarding your comment to non receipt of communiction from Mr Kohn,as previously stated it seems,and I stand to be corrected that only the holders who have contacted Hoskings will have received this communication.They seem to be the only people,who,by your communication,have an email address for Mr Kohn to correspond with.

Taverham.Fully agree with your last post.
Just clarify if I reading this correct.At the moment we are stating to Evercore with cc to Mr Kohn,our intention for a resoloution at the (unconfirmed at this time) egm.Will these intentions be classed as a proxy vote now,or when the egm is confirmed we will have to state/confirm our intentions again??

Woodstock mate.are you SERIOUSLY saying in print and on this board,that flybe staff are not going to loose jobs in large numbers if the deal goes through.Are Tesco staff not effected by their recent job cuts.really bothered to a great extent about their friends and work colleagues who are going,or is it a case of PHEW i'm alright (at the moment).

We are on here as holders/ex holders of this stock.We are a very small percentage of the populus.If the company folds,as you say it will be front page news,and a bigger percentage may then say what and how did it go wrong.

Winding down.My only concern would be if you buy now, you are fully aware of the facts ie 1p.How could you claim compensation for something you were fully aware of.If you had kept 1 share that was purchased prior to 11 January,thats a different ball game.

Just a question.If the deal goes through,it's 1p,if it doesn't go through it's 0p.
How many people would you think are of the opinion of 1p/0p,bearing in mind how they have shafted already,would just say balls to it,let it go bust ???.

Windingdown,thats the million dollar question.Out of curiosity did you email Hoskings regarding any kind of support?.
If you did,obviously that is how Mr Kohn has your email address,hence the emai lbut bear in mind the email also states that your reply is to include your share holding,which in your case I assume to be zero.Taking that into account your reply may be worthless,but who knows if there could be follow up action at a later date regarding compensation for people in your position.Again the million dollar question.My view would be,if you have been asked to reply,reply,what have you got to loose.

Ironic.I don't know if Hoskings are willing to pump 100m in,but neither do you.What i do know is is you have published an alternative method of raising the money.

Fieldmouse1.are you in a position to say if the pension fund was in defecit or not.is any of the consortiums money being pumped in to prop it up.????
