Seems like positive news for all.

Hard rock, the hiccup was the drill head broke off in the hole upon extracting it. Something about too much torque and they could not fish it out. Also something about changing the mud which they think helped.

Def not seeing flow rates until end of Q1 2025 at the earliest. All depended on weather.

No way. It’s a publicly trade company. They is zero chance they report progress on a quarterly basis. Any good news they will report with the hope it will be received well and result in SP appreciation.

TBN has agreed not to commence fracking until November 17, 2024 after the stay application is heard. I can imagine they don’t want to poke the bear prior to the hearing. Seems like the most logical reason there has not been any announcement yet. Or, something went wrong.

POQ looked worried or off. He seemed to be quick to get out of there. Can’t read too much into it but it was pretty clear he was rattled. Maybe he read some of the questions and was bothered by the tone.

He seems to think good results will keep the SP from dropping too much when they do a reverse split. He has been wrong the majority of the time over the last few years which his predictions or statements. I dont understand why they think getting listed in the US will lead to more investments in FOG. I thought the way we were going to raise money going forward was playing checkers? And if the plan to get listed in the US so it’s easier for BS to take over….that sounds like it might be violating some laws and that is not what we are being told as shareholders.

Sometime next year and only if they get good results.

He said he would not answer any questions outside the scope of the possible listing. I assume that is why he ducked anything related to the current drilling program. I assume that is why most questions were not answered. I guess time will tell but if they had good operation news one would think they would share it. First well should be done...second one should be close.

TBN announced drilling began on August 29, 2024 and stated each well would take 30 days. They should be done with the first well by now….not sure why there has been no announcement. FOG announced the successful drilling of S1H shortly after completion. I don't recall if TBN did. In any event, def keeping us on pins and needles.

Personal attacks are lame. I understand board members just can’t purchase stocks whenever they want. What do you have invested here? Just curious with you personal attacks about small shareholder don’t knowing much and now we are ignorant. With our stock price so low you would think the board or POQ himself would purchase more shares if they are so confident in our position. Funny how you folks attacked people when you don’t agree with them.

I did watch it. What was striking to me was his first story where he learned how cutthroat the gas industry was when we was trying get a 100% lease in place. I think it speaks volumes to him as a businessman. Again, can you point me to another unconventional play where POQs checkerboard approach was executed?

I don’t’t know the rules. What I do know is he was asked a pointed question last investor meeting if anyone had made an offer on FOG and he said NO. I understand you assert otherwise. And I am not disputing your source. It is consistent with POQ’s leadership as he has asserted many things that never came to fruition. I believe this has eroded confidence in his ability to lead FOG.

I am not going to go back years. I will pull from more recent events.

He asserted prior to our last drilling result good results would be a catalyst to a “significant” increase in share price. Opposite happened.

Once he had good numbers, he asserted we would have no issues with numbers like that accessing $$. He made it sound as if people would be throwing money at us. Again, that did not happen. I believe no one was interested so he diluted our shares and sold cheap shares to BS. Indeed—it was not as he asserted. He also so no need for a farm down which….drumroll….he did.

Even recently when again asked about share price. He asserted there were many things that would create a catalyst for FOG. He pointed to TBNs public listing in the US and how they were going to raise money needed to complete the pilot program. He said they would have “no problem” raising “150” million. That did not happen. They raised half and do not currently have the money to complete the pilot project and have even decided to do two less wells.

I have long said POQ should keep his mouth shut. I know I am in the minority here. But I believe you speak softly and carry a big stick. I believe outside investors have little confidence in FOG based on past statements that have never come to fruition. I also find it humorous that some how now…the gas world is learning about this play. Or if he does more marketing the world will know about this secret million acre play. That is BS. Those who are in the business know. I have known for ten years and yet I know little about the gas and oil business. Prob why I should have never invested here.

While you might believe POQs explanation of how the checkerboard will become some longterm tool…I cannot. Again, point me to another unconventional play where this worked? Ask your sources…for a friend? Everything I read about the checkerboard approach is it is used to strategically target the more productive pieces of land in a gas play. I have not found anything to support POQ assertions or a similar example. Personally, I feel like he is taking a piece of spam and garnishing it with something nice and trying to pass it off as Filet magnon. That is just my opinion.

BTW, the TBN folk seem to also think BS is their good friend. So do you. Seems odd to me. It’s all speculation.

That being said, I hope I am wrong and you are right. I like honest conversations. If you can point me to example I would greatly appreciate it.

You heard FOG had a couple of offers? And yet shareholders were never informed? As I recall, this question was specifically asked of POQ at the last investors meeting and he said no. From what I read, the purpose of the checkers board is not for marketing but to strategically determine hot spots for drilling in a more organized manner. Not sure how FOG gets much $$ from selling pieces without proving they are profitable. Not all pieces are created equal. I understand POQ has stated this will create opportunities blah blah blah. He has said a lot of stuff. Why don’t you ask him how many times he has utilized this specific strategy? Ask him to point to another unconventional play where this worked?

BS is not our friend. He is businessman who wants to make $$. If he can squeeze FOG into the ground so he and his friends can swoop it up for pennies on the dollar he will. And that is the position POQ has put us in. POQ who gets paid 600,000 to play golf. In the end, I bet he gets a nice job with BS. Wink wink.

While you might wants to stay invested in this ground for many years I think most investors want out and want FOG to do what it is they said they would do for years…develop the asset and sell.

Decision has been made and he has the votes. Sadly, this pompous approach just shows how little respect POQ and the board has for retailer investors. They much rather stoke their own ego than explain their plan to retail investors. The split ratio means little to me as it does not change the value of the company or the value someone might pay for it later. Def flush out those who only hold 5,000 shares and trade in small amounts. Might bring in some funds which has been discussed in the past. Who knows. Name change I dont really get. TBN’s public offering pulled in half of what they thought. And very little volume is traded each day. So we see how this plays out. Good luck to all.

At least state side. I can’t recall FOG ever trading at .06. Even if we somehow doubled our share price we would still be trading below pre drilling prices. Amazing.
