Also guessing they will announce the 30 day flow rate prior to the webcast. I cannot imagine they would announce this information at the webcast first. That would seem to run afoul with common practice and perhaps regulatory issues. In any event, seems like a good way to drum up interest prior to good results being released. By my math, they should have completed 30 days on 2/24. Going to be a long week. Lol.

It will be interesting to see what happens if the numbers are good. The plan was to develop an asset and sell it. Not sure what the plan is now. I do think good numbers will push share prices up X2-X3. From there….not clue because I am not sure what the plan is.

There wasn’t one. I think B2B was referring to Wet’s comments about it not being a skin issue and Tam wanting to move on and not have to address the issue…because it was something stupid. I think once numbers come out they will hold another Q and A session. Maybe someone can ask then. Totally uneducated guess but my prediction is we come in between 1.7 and 2.0. Just shooting in the dark but that is my guess.

Question. I was reading the size of the flare is a product of the pressure. And the brightness is a product of the gas makeup. First question: is the Empire well we are comparing to targeting the same gas deposit? And two, if so shouldn’t the colors be similar?

That is a nice pic. If you go to this link and toggle between the L1C image and the L2A image you can see a noticeable difference in the flare size. To me it just highlights how unreliable these images are other than to say there is something there. I dont think we can compare images to get an idea of the flow rate. I’m just hoping tonight’s pass over shows a flare.

I am guessing there might a be a lot of factors that go into flare size. How the stack is tuned, weather conditions, the efficiency of the combustion. I don’t think a satellite picture is going tell us much other than we have a nice looking flare. It appears larger than the last photo so let’s just keep our fingers crossed for good results.

Hardrock I don’t think the flare on 1/13/24 was actually a flare. If you look closely I think it might be the square shaped object at the top of the site that shows up bright. I am guessing it was just the way the sun reflected off of it on that day. And why it did not show up on the other filters as a heat source.

B2B called a press releases being made today. Though it came from falcon who prob saw Riddle’s comments and needed to do something. If riddle wants TAM to trade in the US he is going to need to learn to reserve comments or the SEC is going to be all over him.

Don’t get the technical stuff. But Sheffield appears to be a person born into wealth, got a BA in business, and is not an authority on gas extraction. He is a rich kid who gets a seat the table because he has the $$$.

I want to see this bird fly because I’ve invested a good amount of money in it. I can’t stand Tambo’s press releases because they read like a teenager trying to convince you they know everything or bigger is better. Meanwhile, you have Empire over there keeping the hyperbole to a minimum and will be the first company to make commercial gas. Def rooting for them. I do wish FOG had a better partner. Not one so concerned about his hair and ridiculous press releases filled with hot air.

Prob not helpful but I found another view from 1/13/24. I think it shows a flare in the correct place.

I hope you are correct RobRoy. The SWIR filter is not going to work with this light cloud cover the same as it would without. I think the primary reason true color shows a bigger flare than before is because it is bigger and hotter than before. Just my guess. I dont think the low cloud/fog is doing much to disperse the light resulting in a larger/brighter flare. The true color image reminds me of the some the Empire images posted in the past.

Origin, yeah I wondering the same. But I think it’s kinda like when I take pictures scuba diving. Different color water and different levels of visibility affects the editing process. I have to use different color or color combination filters (after processing the pictures) to get the pictures to look normal. I think with a thin layer of clouds and moister in the air if throws of this state light photo. It’s why the true color is our best bet. And I agree with others…it looks big. Fingers crossed.

Based on what others have said…my simpleton guess is the well cleaned up quick and was shut in to soak from a short period of time because conditions were prime. I dont believe hey shut it down for the holidays…or that they ran out of money. But who knows….at least there appears to be a flare.
