Thanks B2B. I am wondering what US style methodology was used for flow back. Still weird we have no information other than a skin issue. I think the best way to sum up the article is TAM has put the cart before the horse. And our next well seems to be an odd target.

Interesting FOG’s announcement failed to mention the shorter lateral length.

I thought FOG said they would update the market as soon as more data came back from the lab…and it would be a few weeks. It’s been more than a few weeks.

I would jump to any conclusions. Riddle is a snake. I’d wait until more information comes out. Sadly, both company’s messaging speaks volumes. That is—they are not on the same page. What a mess for two public companies.

Longknife- I believe this was mentioned in the FOG inventory presentation. But my memory is fuzzy as I only listened onetime. It was some sort of lubricant (my word not theirs) that was added in the hope it would increase the permeability (again my word) of the fracked rocks…or something like that. Sounds like it backed fired. Not sure whose idea this was or what was the logic behind this. If I recall correctly POQ said it was the operators decision which they have no control over. Hopefully we will get more news. I suspect this is why BS wanted two of his folks on the TAM board.

And I don’t believe for second TAM or BS would sabotage a well. Everyone has skin in the game and everyone wants to make money. Personally, I am not selling a single share right now. Wish I would have taken my 40% profit but let’s be real…we are in this for home run. Hopefully folks are only betting what they willing to loose. I am not that knowledge about this field but one things is crystal clear…this is gamblers stock. Either we are going to get hammered or make a lot of money.

WW nice summary. Riddle’s flood of new releases did not help his share price. It’s back down. I am not sure what FOG can do or why they should be out there pumping new feeds. IMO that is exactly why the market has lost confidence in them in the past. Constantly saying something and doing something else. Some out of their control and some not. The only thing that will move the needle will be commercial flow rates. Too bad TAM got greedy and tried something new that botched the whole thing. I guess we will hear soon if the well can be cleaned up but from what I have read that is highly unlikely.

Clear disconnect between FOG and TAM. As the first reason for justifying the cash raise the mention cleaning up A2. My questions is who pays for that? In the presentation I didn’t hear muc about A2 and what they think went wrong….

Ha. Yeah right. The answer was we are pretty sure know the problem but can’t tell you until lab results are returned. I think it’s a fair response but obviously frustrating.

One other questions I could not find an answer to…provided the restricted flow, its there an ability to verify unrestricted flow rates?

From my uninformed reading (don’t understand the science), “skin issues” is code there could be a numerous causes. My understanding is it’s hard to tell the cause/s and is really expensive to address. And rarely is addressed successfully. So a good question is if the plan to throw money at this issue or move on? And what has been done to date?

5.5 they said. How disappointing. I think we should have realized how fracked this partnership was when TAM was touting 5-5.5 and FOG was touting entirely different expectations. TAM was pushing news feeds as if they were positioning themselves for production while FOG released these terrible results prior to TAM. What is going on here?

Anyone with fracking knowledge know if this can be cleaned up and if unassisted flow can happen? I do not understand what is meant by a skin issue and additional testing is being carried out? I don’t want to overact here but his seems like the worst possible news.

We are going to hear the results on Monday or Tuesday is my guess. Can’t imagine they would release the numbers the same day as the meeting. Curious to hear why they flared then shut in the well for two weeks. I think anything over 3.5 will be taken as good news. Anything over 4.5 will be great news. And anything learned will hopefully lead to the final carried well achieving excellent results. Fingers crossed. Todays flare looks slightly bigger than the past. GLA.

My recollection is that BS’s purchase of shares was all public knowledge back when it happened. I suspect he bought a few more and had to make public the information by a particular date. It’s a big nothing burger.
