I sold here a year or two ago to buy Bres which has in turn allowed me to buy back my initial holding and more I’d say. ALL has now taken back over as my largest holding. Hoping for RAT here then send some funds back to Bres before funding. Then hold both till the finish line 🤞neither without risks but both with substantial rewards. Boom or bust for me.

In Bres too, these both have fantastic projects and potential if they can overcome the final hurdles!

I’d be very surprised to see funding in this quarter, I’m expecting it 2nd quarter myself.

Could be in for a tough couple of weeks, drip feeding results won’t be strong enough to sustain the share price. We need some offtakes. Funding and resource upgrade in march? Need something to fluff it up till then.

Pleased with that recovery, hopefully a good week next week with an RNS and we can push for the 9s again.

It’s still been a good month regardless, same again February and I’ll be happy, shows the direction we’re heading. I see it as a balancing scale, the warrants are out weighing demand but as they dry up the scale will switch and we’re out the gate. A big catalyst will tip the scale instantly, small RNS’ will speed things up. I’ve got my eyes on the end Feb - beginning of march for our break out. GLA.

A bid of 50p would be £371m but only £260m for assore, they’re the logical buyers here. They won’t want someone else taking it because of the value to them long term. At the discounted $1,400 a tonne they’d 5 fold that money over the LOM. Not to mention they could easily double-triple resource include the feldspar into all this 50p to assore is like taking candy from a baby.

We need a bid before FID in case elevra don’t play ball.

Is this all the outstanding warrants? If so it seems like they’ve changed them all to 5p from the higher levels, probably to get through them quicker. It’ll be another £3.2m cash when done, could take a couple of months.

They don’t have to notify the market until they have finished selling do they?

They’re obvious catalysts however there will be upward momentum before they land, it’s not just gonna land and all of a sudden we’re 200% up. I’ve been in shares where the price is 3-4x that of the warrants in issue. It won’t hold us back for long. We’ll see where we stand in 3 months time.

That’s alright we’ll just tell safeloop, DoD and the DFC we’ve only got enough graphite for 15 years so can you fund us just for that. After that we don’t care where you get your graphite or will we show them that we can supply the west with graphite for the next 100 years?
