I’d love to be wrong, it could give us the leg up to around 50mcap… I’m just limiting my expectation to avoid disappointment of short term riches. It’s of my opinion (which isn’t worth anything) that the big money comes in when the funding is secured. So with that said my eyes are on 2026 and getting financed.

Honestly I don’t think the Jorc or DFS is going to do much for the share price from here. I don’t see it taking us past 9p anyway. The blue skies will really open when funding comes, then we hit that 100m+ market cap. Until that’s announced I’m remaining conservative with my expectations. In it till the end so I’m happy either way. Great investment here.

Don’t they have to notify the market when they’ve finished buying? If they continue buying and want to remain anonymous until finished to stop competition buying up shares?

I’m glad jangada and RAB are exiting/exited, they have no benefit to us in the future as shareholders. Whoever it is I’m guessing are going for the takeover

They’ve taken over 5% from jangada, potentially all of theirs. Who ever it is holds over 10% now is my guess. We’ll only get a TR1 when they’ve finished buying…

This does have the weight of the DFC behind it, America will be watching closely how we do business.

Definitely something to keep an eye on, Atlantic lithium had all their ducks in line until a change in Ghanaian government (supposedly a good jurisdiction.) all they needed was ratification. 2 years on and still waiting.

It could be triessence buying but I can’t see them going for the buyout, doesn’t seem to be much information about revenues but it doesn’t look like they’d be able to afford it… I’m hoping it’s the DFC. A lot of things happening in America at the moment with the NASA hint etc. The longer we wait the more they’re accumulating.

Accumulate now, buyout in the first half of 2026 before we increase the resource even more is my guess.

I don’t think it’ll be the assays, I think we’ll be getting a TR1. Who’s bought jangada and RAB capitals shares is what I want to know, I believe someone’s still buying…

I don’t think they’d settle for anything less than $500m, I was just giving an example that even $300m is attractive to lit based on their recent results and current market cap.

If they settle for $300m say, lit will receive around $40m…

Lit are under pressure at the minute to get a decent sized win, I’d say they’d be more than happy to take and early settlement if the numbers are right.
