The 3 years is there to say we’re not selling for cheap, we’d be heading into full production around then. I’d be happy for 30p, anything less is too cheap in my opinion.

Have to acknowledge it as a possibility either way, can’t see Mike sitting down with potential cornerstone investors at indaba and then diluting them to that scale, massive loss in credibility.

That’s clearly there as a last resort, DFC taking up a stake in the project is much more likely then funding p2.

The DFS needs revising, it doesn’t contain the feldspar resource worth potentially $500-1b, increase spod price, factor in exploration potential - resource could quite easily double with the unexplored license area, cotes exploration license. Even if you calculate our share of the NPV we’re trading at around 30% of it, possibility to double from here post rat then a buyout of around 50-60p hopefully. I really don’t want to see this going down to the wire with FID and elevra. I’d happily take a 40p buyout.

A lot of the hope is in that it gets bought out by their largest shareholder who previously made a bid at 33p per share, there’s a lot of expectation of another bid post ratification.

Just need it to hold for a couple more weeks while I wait for news on one of my other shares so I can top up!

Sale is the best possible outcome. Get RAT and sell it. Before elevra throw us under the bus by not funding.
