So over the last two years of frustration you think they haven’t been discussing offtakes agreements for upfront payments upon ratification?

Potential Corporate transaction - could be a number of things maybe assore have breached 30% yes leading to a takeover bid, MIIF stake in ewoya, offtakes negotiations pending RAT approval there’s quite a few things it could be but an outright bid at this stage is unlikely in my opinion of course. I don’t want to get ahead of myself and get too excited at the moment, see how it unfolds.

Potentially an RNS to say the lands and natural resources committee has given it the green light. Slim chance of it being a takeover if you ask me.

I wonder if this is the only reason they did this testing? As up to the RNS I hadn’t heard Mike even mention testing it for synthetic diamonds had anyone else?

Every analysis should be considered, a pull back in the grand scheme of things is irrelevant unless you’re trading week to week. As for the lack of western off take, phase one covered to prove demand and a solid ramp up. DFC doing due diligence and may already have a plan for the whole of P2 production for DoE, DoD and other western partners could easily swallow it all up in one RNS.

We could hear any day about the committee meetings ongoings last week, I’m expecting to hear a recommendation of approval this week surely. If we don’t hear anything it cant cant be as clear cut as some people think.

Unlikely to see a buyout before anyone takes a position, most likely to happen if we get a decent cornerstone investor or partner. Hopefully there was plenty of positive engagements this week, let’s those company’s do there due diligence for a month and march we could really see things shift quite quickly.

Surely this is it, after shouting from the rooftops at indaba to invest in ghana they can’t screw this up. Eyes on Ghana to ratify in the next couple of weeks fingers crossed.
