I was thinking £1 is at the very top end, not impossible at all if we’re fully funded with minimal dilution and a 2-3x current NPV with resource upgrades and future potential. 30-50p is the most probable buyout range for me.

Iyan jorc expected shortly, couple of weeks? Then behive results and jorc… resources could easily double here by the end of march.

I know this RNS was from a long time ago and I think it turned out to be jilin but the fact this will still be on the Chinese radar will light the touch paper under the DFC and fast track the funding solution.

Their claim seems like similar circumstances.

Claim was for 100m and they settled early for 30m.

A 30% settlement for PAT would be tidy still.

They might be scrutinising the sliding scale? Publicly known that certain committee members were scrutinising it, even people from the majority party.

As for elevra… the missed payments so far, the lack of cash to fund the first $70m, the need to find the funding will cause delays to production weighing on the share price, if Ghana want to stop exporting raw minerals are they going to want that when they have their own processing facilities?

We’ve heard that for the past 2 years bud. It’s just my opinion that we’ve had a very decent run lately, money is waiting on the sidelines for post RAT. Then there’s further money waiting on elevra who I don’t trust one bit. Best case scenario here is the buyout, leaving it to elevra is a dangerous game if you ask me. Personal opinion.

The risk with ratification is still there, investors are well aware of ghanas track record here and it’s weighing on the share price. Lands and natural resources committee hasn’t recommended approval yet, they’ve meeting was 10 days ago… why haven’t we heard anything?

Probably better it’s kept on the quiet, last time we knew they were only going to present the DFS so no material news was expected. Could be seen as manipulation if he posted about it this time, DFC mentioned in their recent article about confidentiality on certain deals maybe we’re reciprocating.

No need to reveal the bidder, all we need to know is it wasn’t assore. That’s enough information for them to put an improved bid in post RAT.

RAT was ruled out as the company didn’t note any new information since December 22nd in the RNS.

Okay so they’re in talks with someone about a potential corporate transaction, they can’t exactly give anymore details away than this anyway in an RNS can they? Talks can still break down.

An announcement is just the RNS it can say they have no known reason for the share price rise. Discussions are just that, they don’t have to release material information of a discussion.

Opens in 25 minutes, it said it would either resume trading when an RNS lands or Monday morning (aus Monday) whichever comes first. There may not be any news at all on the corporate transaction, it could just say they have no known reason for the share price actions in aus.

It all really depends on what this corporate transaction could be, it’s been a good run up to 18p pre RAT. My thinking for 27/28p is that’s where we got to on release of the mining license. Interesting week ahead.
