Would've been nice to know the fixed price we have negotiated but presumably industry sensitive info. Prices fluctuate widely and currently very low so one could assume some sort of mid price which makes it worthwhile for us whilst giving stability to the buyer. Also 100% capacity.

So let's take stock on where we are with predictions. The strategic review is overdue and the stellar CFO appointment we've all been waiting for turns out to be a company placement. If he was that good why not just appoint him as CFO from the outset? All starting to unravel boys. Hopefully you too will see the light eventually.

Yeah, unfortunately I'm in both camps so whilst I want JLP to flourish, I also want them to do the right thing by BMR shareholders who have been well and trulyshafted by the scumbags that run BMR.
Current suggestions include buying out the royalty for either cash or JLP shares.
I'm assuming at the moment that my BMR shares are pretty much worthless so currently have a loss of £22k partly offset by nearly £7k profit on JLP.

Hammer. All starting to come together. Only two possible worries for me. Firstly the lack of action at kabwe. Fine if the zambians are on side with it but if not then there could be a risk to the licence.
Secondly you mention how impressed Glencore are with JLP methods and progress. They do say imitation is the finest form of flattery and Glencore has big scientific teams and deep pockets.

Excellent news, especially the no dilution bit. And payback within 12 months . JV also allows processing of JLP materials, presumably within certain parameters.
Hopefully see some uplift today.

Far more money made by MMs trading shares than just sitting on them and waiting for them to rise. Haven't you watched the pattern over last 12 months. Rinse, repeat.

MH - Can't argue with all that. Problem as I see it is that when you have over 2 billion shares in a small company and large chunks are institutionally owned, it's quite easy for institutional investors to manipulate the sp within a fairly narrow band whilst LTHs are left on the sidelines, unless they are prepared to put even more in.
Hopefully we will eventually get to the point where the company is so profitable they won't be able to hold the SP back any longer.

Bem was recommended to me as one to watch by a work colleague 6 or 7 years ago although with a caveat that it would be a long term hold. Funnily enough it was also 4p then. Never dreamt it would take this long although didn't invest until a few years later.
