One could argue that as the project progresses, the value of the company increases so you might expect to pay more. I would hope there is some sort of framework in place to ensure that we do not find ourselves playing the "ridge game" whilst climbing the mountain.

A large short term loan with a monthly non compounding interest rate, can be repaid at any time before maturity and through a swedish finance.
Could it be that a positive decision is fairly imminent?
Downside is massive dilution if we don't get the decision before maturity.
