RE: markets have hit their short/med term peak4 Dec 2020 12:16
Carllapos spot on. However, we need to remember with some companies Like Cineworld and Restaurant Group they carried out Rights Issues just before the Pandemic to fund acquisitions for Regal and Wagamama respectively. How in gods name can both go from 20p to 70p whilst closed baffles me. Before I ever went into sharedealing, someone said ''a company's SP seldom reflects the current situation, rather what is expected 12-18 months down the road. This means the act of falling to 20p means it will return there. In these two cases, it would not surprise me. I personally, think we are due a big fall on the Dow next year, so many companies will return to their year low. However, they will not all recover like they did at the same time, but on merit individually and slowly.
