out of what stared as a typing error. Why were there not many comments about the genuine point I make about this entering the FTSE 250 and on the list of fund mangers?

Becoming very volatile, usually a sign of something brewing. Down 700 points earlier, thankfully recovering. Really expected SIG to be where it is now last Summer and by now we could have been 80p.

Not a question of whether, but when!!!

To be honest if it falls, I will top up and if it then hits 40p quickly brilliant. If it does not fall below what it is now and rises to 40p brilliant. What I cannot cope with is it doing nothing.
I suggested a fall because the wider markets are wildly overvalued and we are due a correction on the DOW/ S&P and maybe a crash on the Nasdaq.

SIG will perhaps not fall much, but watch it rise so quickly, unlike other stocks which will stagnate between now and the next correction/ crash.
It must ge appreciated that whilst SIG is solid, so much of the market is overvalued and held up because we have not seen the US markets crash again. The FED is supporting thise markets, when the support declines and/or inflation rises, watch how the markets crash.

Topping up all the time, started at 70p last year. More at 15p ish, but did not take up the offer after that. Bought at 22p later on and topped up here and there. Will top up at sub 30p if it gets there. If not, it may go from 40p to 80p quickly, I will buy at 40p too.

I wish it had hit 60p by now as it should have. I talk of " suspicion" because it is not going with the fundamentals and most importantly the issue of new shares has made it an even more solid company then it already was. It is correct that I have suggested on many occassions that it could drop further and i will top up. But equally, I will top up at even 40p too.

I was in Premier Foods for 10 years and sold out when it crashed, but it rose to 5 times its value with 6 months subsequently. It only rose because of the strong demand for its products during lockdown and would have gone nowhere without the lockdown.
I hate to say it but Warburg Pincus never made a formal bid for it, just hope we don't get the same thing with CD & R. Very suspicious why it is not rocketing, my concern is it will rocket, but from a low way below what it is now. It is bizare how it ever went below 15p, when so many other stocks of companies that are closed never went so low, but have in some cases risen 5 or even 6 times higher.

I agree the SP is being "artificially surpressed" and it may even fall below 30p or if we see the wider markets correct, 25p again, before it rockets.

Am I talking to myself when I say this stock in anticipating a severe correction on the intenational markets soon. Otherwise it has solid fundamentals and if it was behaving like other non related companies like transport or hospitality, it would be a quid by now. Any other ideas?

Your shares are wanted!!! That is simply the aim of MM's and I hate to say it, but I can see these falling a lot for a short moment before they " rocket to 40p"

How much more can the wider markets rise here and most importantly in the US?

Expect to see a correction, not a crash. However, just watch how SIG recovers this time!!!

Sooner or later one of these will be needed, they are perfectly health things. It will give SIG a chance to show what a solid company it is. I can see it remaining resilient, all ready for a sustained rise after results

NO!!!! I will hold and add more, because of the ''element of guarantee'' that if they do not rise from sub 30p to 60p by the summer, they will at least hit 50p by the summer, will they not?

If the new shares were issued at say a quid each, they will fall below that. Even when the whole country has been vaccinated, there will still be restrictions placed on travel to prevent new variants. Places like Airports will not return to normal even this time next year, this will hurt SSP.

But that would probably be the catalyst for it hitting 60p by early summer. I think sooner or later we are going to see a huge market correction which will pull SIG down. However, SIG is a solid company with solid fundamentals that will mean it recovers strongly, unlike so many of the other companies which will not recover ''this time'' so quickly.

for the simple reason, the vaccine is not the answer to the problem on its own. Even if all the population is vaccinated by October, this does not mean the pubs will suddenly be ''rammed.'' We will have a ''restricted summer'' anyway with little tourist trade making it worse. We will have a poor Christmas too because travel restrictions will be needed to prevent ''foreigners'' bringing in new variants. The bottom line is the vaccine is designed to prevent death, not the infection.

Hate to say it, but I still think we could see a final dip before a strong run. I think it will gain over the next 6 months and without bid speculation expect 50p.
