Fair enough CppCoder thanks for your insight I'm just trying to get to the bottom of if Mirriad lost its 19+ dev/ops cost base along with mid management of around 5+ and a couple more in the US (3 already gone) and the BOD getting paid in shares keeping all staff in India that cost 75% less than here maybe the cost base could get below 300k per month.... could be feasible if the uncommunicated Q4 pivot to large deals only doesn't need the staff with a finished automated platform

The management has recently stated it is working with global AdTech partners and has "Mirriad Inside" partners which would intimate integration issues resolved since you left a few years ago...if that is the case could the company lose the 10+ engineers/developers currently on their books and the CTO product managers etc..??

I know you'd left by last years AGM I went to it and pushed Stephan on Amazon he told us that Amazon shut down it's VPP I surmised it was because their testing couldn't get 100 accurate inserts every time this was detailed in a paper released last year

So would you concur that the biggest full stack Adtech player even gave into Mirriads system because after that it came out that Mirriad were doing some kind of work for Amazon??

9 placements per hour so lets say 9 seconds absolute minimum (Mirriad has quoted between 6-12 recently)... 3888 placements is $38,880,000...net revenue to Mirriad of $9,722,222...and that not even a major partner for Mirriad....Mirriad know how to scale quickly the number of placements as they've shown with 20,000+ placements in their 2022 annual report if they could achieve that in the US it could equate to $50+million net revenue what do you think

Check out these FACTUAL figures from Mirriads new partner Bill Gates's owned BENlabs LOTM....never really found Media Value equivalent figures before.....

So GM did 240 placements in 2024 with them that equated to 80 minutes of screen time and $50+ mill in Media Value (which is the equivalent of normal Ad spend to get the same exposure as product placement)

Now from memory of 2023 annual report Mirriad did 2500 placements and managed 21000 in China before they had to pull out from censorship issues....if they get back upto the 5 figure placements in the US that's a lot of Media Value
