I'm not sure how CWU could represent workers in many different countries or even if it would be legal. Your reply is very silly. Other countries have their own unions anyway and some GLS workers may be in their unions. It's not CWU fault that those unions are not as good as CWU.
One main reason that companies list is to raise cash even if they are making a profit, so shareholders will be diluted several times and in various ways over the next 20 years but not in the next few years because they have the £500m bond. They don't need to raise any cash either by placing or selling GLS. They have loads a money.
I work in a mail centre so it might have been different but all you had to do to get 2 weeks off on full pay was have someone in your household that had symptoms. So the wife gets a cough, 2 weeks off. One the kids gets a fever another 2 weeks off. Granny loses her sense of smell another 2 weeks off. The the wife gets another cough and so on and so on. Still a few off who say they have anxiety due to fear of catching covid-19 and on full pay. Getting back to normal now but looking like a second wave is coming which will kick it all off again.
I'm a buyer now. I haven't decided up to what price yet, I will see how it goes but it will soon be back to 30p imho and then it all depends on news but should be more than double today's price if it's good news.
