Isn't it just a proposal?
It's the law!; I want my money!
It's a fact Mike. It was CWU bargaining chip for the last deal we got and will continue to be until RM settle it. Back dated for 2 years. They need to bite the bullet and pay up. They owe me £1120 and I want it.
The back pay for this will hit the business hard and there is no escaping it. It is up law.. Unless the union give it up for a large pay rise and a sww. RM need to just take their medicine and do the right thing.
No chance. The rump placing shares have to be sold above 31p so they can't fall below that. These will trade between 31p and 41p for some time. A great opportunity to make money imho.
Well not week. Grrrrrrr!!
I think we do week out of d2d. Don't forget the thousands of items that are paid for but not delivered. We get a York full here every day. I wonder if pizza hut realises?
Lol
Are we?
Yes slow to change as usual. The sooner management get their finger out and come to an agreement the sooner we can sort this mess out. What the hell are they playing at????!
Misery is not an option, we won't let it happen. As for the degree of TP's greatness, it's subjective but you can't deny that he has helped improve the lives of tens of thousands of people. Who else can you say that about? Certainly not you.
As a great man once said.
If we don't get our share then would rather smash it to pieces than see shareholders fill their mouths with gold whilst we live out our lives in misery.
Oh I'm for real Wolvsey. We built this company on our own sweat and blood and would want a large slice of any pie they sell off. If not then we wouldn't agree to it.
Let's hope so. Big pay rise, 2 hours sww and a nice big bonus for all posties.
We are extremely busy tonight. The place is awash with yellow jackets.
I hear that the sticking point is a no strings attached pay rise. It seems simple but I don't ever remember a no strings attached pay deal. I have no idea what those strings might be but how long is a piece of string?
What people should get and actually get are 2 different things.
In my opinion we get far too much break time, for example part timers on a 4 hour shift get 45 minutes break. That is a 30 minute break but most go 5 minutes early and come back 5 minutes late and then go home 5 minutes early. However I wouldn't agree to giving any time up, why would I? We made an agreement but I would happily scrap the whole agreement and go back to 39 hours and give my pay rises back as long as RM reinstated my final salary pension.
Short term is fine by me scamp. Baby steps, softly softly catchy monkey. Let's bank a nice back dated pay rise and at least one hour less a week and then see what the future beings.
