We should get to see the trade prints today, what became obvious yesterday was the lack of props on either bid or offer, considering it was only Saturday their proliferation was highlighted it came as a big surprise !

There's only one thing that can make props move in sync and that is the calling in of loan stock, watching L2 with interest.

T3 would normally be the max settlement period with the deal being announced as soon as practical, that said the market action today was unusual to say the least as noted by many posters.

The rise could have been caused by props getting a call to say stock is going tight hence IG getting the wobbles too.

Euroclear should reflect this next month if this is the case, incidentally, Jupiter have a policy of not lending stock so the list gets smaller.

In my mind this really puts a floor under the price, sure to attract attention of other institutions with the magnitude of both Director and Chainman purchases.
