Quite a few products now lining up for 2024 growing season, should help continue momentum especially if H2 comes in as expected.

That's not a bad recovery considering NASDAQ on its botty yet again for nearly 2%

Something to ponder on, the below chart is for S4 but there are many parallels to THG which make it worth considering imo.

The figures of ownership (green bars) can be backed up with individual SEC filings, only caveat being a delay between publication.

Whilst THG is not as dramatic in comparison it does share similar attributes, namely the steady increase in US funds/trackers.

NASDAQ down nearly 2% again, have to be realistic THG is part of the consumer eco system just like any other company.

Capitulation feels close, inflation dropping, mortgage rates receding from highs.

These prices on the screen are bit misleading imo, its just cat and mouse when you go on the book to bid for stock bot just ups the bid.

Investors maybe wondering why all of these institutions (links below) are American, there's a good reason for this which relates to how S4 Capital is listed here in London.

Along with THG (which also has no regular UK shareholders) it has a Standard listing which effectively prevents UK fund managers from purchasing stock. Each fund is governed by a strict mandate detailing risk and where they intend to invest, Standard listings are generally not part of this sphere of investing.

S4 currently lacks an entry sitting in-between 375/6, in essence its not part of the FTSE indexes which again prevents any UK trackers from following S4 (and THG).

The US investors on the other hand are structured to invest in 'overseas' companies, with no such restrictions.

Its well publicised, London has seen an exodus of companies both listing here and IPO(ing), in response the FCA started a review way back which includes changes into the way companies are listed, namely to merge both Premium and Standard listings into one.

If this reform goes ahead then it will open up a much wider pool of potential investors for both companies, trackers will also be required to purchase in order to fulfil their own mandates.

It may help ease excessive volatility by taking out some of the surplus stock along with providing more of a balance between UK/US investors.

Its easy to blame a LinkedIn post or something similar, but the truth is both prop traders and market makers will pull the price back on sentiment alone, if they sense weakness - there's not many market makers busking on London's streets, and for good reason too lol

Correction, they have a derivative (SB) which combined with cash holding takes them over 3% to 3.556%
