That's not correct, the current proposal is for Premium and Standard listings to be merged into one, S4 (and THG) will therefore automatically join the FTSE segment.

Subtle hint there from Vivek on investment, its needed even when everyone else is pulling back.

Its tough though as shareholders and analysts look at a small silo of information, namely the balance sheet and cash flow which imo doesn't reflect the true story.

What about if the same attitude was applied while still private back with new warehousing and automation. THG and its shareholders wouldn't be in the position they are now, Balderton, Sofina and others remain supportive as they have faced many headwinds before, can't see them throwing in the towel now.
