Since last checking they have closed a massive put option on the S & P, presumably this was to cover their long portfolio but they are out of the money.

That would have been expensive, doubt if those costs are included in annual returns as this represents portfolio holdings.

Apart from a one or two small put options their portfolio is now unhedged, suggesting they maybe positioning themselves for a bull market.

A number of sources for inflation data are looking more and more positive, on a global scale the World Container Index is showing a promising trend downwards.

It feels as though we are at peak inflation with rates set to drop next year, my only concern is central banks may have gone too far and we end up going in the other direction.

Lots of snippets from various CEO interviews hinting that things are improving H2 or Q4, 2024 feels like a recovery year given what we know so far.

I would put S4's free float as quite small especially after todays TR1, need to check though totting up current holders.

Euroclear Crest has only 3.65% out on loan, this is the total which includes market makers who are exempt from regular disclosure, this is small and not really a consideration.

- As you say, decline from highs 800p to pretty much the same 70p

Forum wise, I thought both THG and S4 were quite similar as commented on this morning, incidentally S4 made no mention of the proposed changes regarding Premium listing.

S4 also shares a Standard listing with THG, one of the main reasons for this mornings purchase.

The Capital Group Companies, Inc seems to be a relatively recent purchase as no 13F filings that I can see.

LGOAX - Miller Opportunity Trust have also been steady buyers, may see one or two TR1's later in week.

Absolutely agree Yorek, it will become an ever more important factor for investment funds, ESG is having a direct effect on client money inflow.

Its about the future and planning ahead, recognition will take time (penny to drop)..

Joined you guys today, profile very similar to THG including thread commentary.

The Maimo partnership is another example, adding here as lost during bidding period. These partnerships take many months before contributing anything, once completed you have a ten year revenue stream.

THG has signed a new 10-year partnership with online beauty retailer Maximo Group.

The company is will focus on re-platforming allbeauty.com and fragrancedirect.co.uk to the Ingenuity platform with this partnership.

THG Ingenuity will also become Maximo’s key UK operational partner, providing warehouse and fulfilment services from Q2 2023.
